Website terms
This website is run by Løwe Interactive, an independent developer based in Denmark. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, link to and share this site. Please don't try to break it, overload it, or send spam or false information through its forms.
Names and logos
The Studio Draft name, logo and website design belong to Løwe Interactive. You may use the name and logo to refer to Studio Draft, for example in a review or article, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Other product names mentioned on this site, such as screenwriting apps and file formats, are trademarks of their owners. They're mentioned only to describe compatibility, and their owners aren't connected with Studio Draft.
No guarantees
Studio Draft is in development. Features described on this site are plans and may change. The site is provided as is, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Links
We link to other websites for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of the country you live in gives you.
Tester terms
These terms apply if you join the Studio Draft tester program. They're an agreement between you and Løwe Interactive.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older. Joining is free and voluntary. We choose testers based on what the current builds need, so applying doesn't guarantee a place.
2. What you get
Free access to pre-release builds of Studio Draft, for testing and personal use, for as long as the program runs. Don't sell, redistribute or publish the builds.
3. Pre-release software
Test builds are unfinished. They can crash, contain bugs, or behave differently from the final app. Keep backups of anything important you write in a test build. Builds are provided as is, without warranty, and Løwe Interactive isn't liable for lost work or other losses caused by a test build, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited.
4. Your scripts stay yours
We claim no rights to anything you write with Studio Draft. Test builds work offline, and your scripts aren't sent to us unless you choose to send a file with a bug report.
5. Feedback
Your feedback is what makes the program work. You let Løwe Interactive use the ideas, suggestions and bug reports you send, for free, to improve Studio Draft and its related tools, without owing you payment or credit. You don't have to send feedback, and you can leave whenever you like.
6. Confidentiality
Some builds may contain features that aren't public yet. If a build or an invitation asks you to keep something private, please don't share screenshots or details of it until it's announced. Everything else you're free to talk about.
7. Leaving the program
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end the program, or remove a tester, at any time, for example if the builds are misused. When the program ends, test builds may stop working, and you should move your scripts to the released version.
8. Your data
How we handle the details you give us is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we'll tell testers by email before the change applies. These terms are governed by Danish law, and you keep any consumer protections from the country you live in.
